Landscaper Position - Full Time

Location: Brenchley (Yard)

Salary: £30,000 + (Depending on experience)

About The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Landscaper to join our growing team at Greenacre Landscapes. This is a great opportunity for someone who has spent a few years in the landscaping trade and is ready to take their career to the next level in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

You’ll be working alongside experienced landscapers and contributing to a wide variety of projects across the Southeast — from garden builds and brickwork to planting schemes and paving. While this role doesn’t require management responsibilities just yet, it’s ideal for someone with strong practical experience who’s eager to keep developing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting hard and soft landscaping projects on-site

• Bricklaying for walls, planters, and edging

• Preparing and laying patios and pathways

• Turfing, planting, and garden bed preparation

• Loading/unloading materials and assisting with site setups

• Operating basic machinery and tools

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–3 years of landscaping experience

• Competence in bricklaying, paving, and soft landscaping

• A keen eye for detail and pride in craftsmanship

• A collaborative, can-do attitude

• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow with the team

Nice to Have

• CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)

• Mechanical or tool maintenance knowledge

• Interest in progressing to more senior roles over time
