Founded in 1963 by William Green, a passionate horticulturalist with a vision for honest craftsmanship and natural beauty, Greenacre has grown through four generations — from William, to Michael, to Mark, and now Thomas. Each generation has carried forward the same family values of reliability, quality, and care, blending traditional expertise with a modern approach to landscaping.
Based in the heart of Kent, we’ve proudly served the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and Sevenoaks areas for over 60 years. From bespoke garden transformations to full landscape construction, our work is defined by attention to detail, respect for the environment, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Mark (3rd Generation)
DIRECTOR:
With over 40 years of hands-on horticultural and landscaping experience, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to quality across every project. As the third generation to lead Greenacre Landscapes, his passion for the craft and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.
Outside of Greenacre: A passion for kayaking and the outdoors, previously working with the scouts teaching key kayaking and water skills, plus competing in personal kayaking marathons.

Tom (4th Generation)
LANDSCAPER
As the fourth generation of the Greenacre family, Tom has grown up surrounded by the tools, traditions, and values that define the business. Having learned the craft from an early age, he brings a modern approach grounded in decades of family expertise with a keen design eye.
Outside of Greenacre: A keen vegetable grower with a serious case of allotment envy — most weekends are spent tending to rows of homegrown produce.

Ben
LANDSCAPER
With a background in viticulture, Ben brings a deep understanding of plant care, pruning, and maintenance — along with a sharp eye for detail. Whether it’s perfectly trimmed hedges or the finishing touches on a project, his precision and passion for the outdoors shine through in every job.
Outside of Greenacre: Having travelled to all corners of the world, Ben thrives on adventure and the great outdoors — though nothing gets in the way of his Thursday night football.

Herbie
LANDSCAPER
A long-standing member of the Greenacre team, Herbie has been with us for over 15 years and is a firm favourite among clients. With deep practical knowledge of all things garden-related, he brings reliability, craftsmanship, and a calm confidence to every project.
Outside of Greenacre: A true sportsman at heart — from darts and archery to boules — if there’s a game to be played, Herbie’s the first to join in.
