About the Role

Greenacre Landscapes is looking for a hard-working, dependable Labourer to join our landscaping team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their landscaping career who wants to gain hands-on experience and develop real skills in a respected and growing company.

You’ll support a range of outdoor projects — assisting our skilled landscapers on everything from paving to planting. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to grow into more skilled positions such as Landscaper or Site Leader as your experience and knowledge builds.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting landscapers with site setup and clean-down

• Moving and loading materials (sand, bricks, slabs, soil, etc.)

• Mixing mortar and helping with groundwork

• Supporting turf laying, planting, and soft landscaping tasks

• Operating tools and equipment under guidance

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site

• Following all health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in landscaping and outdoor work

• Physically fit and willing to work in all weather

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Punctual, reliable, and motivated to improve

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in landscaping or construction

• Familiarity with tools, materials, or basic site safety

• A willingness to learn and step up over time
