Experienced Landscaper - Full Time

Location: Based in Brenchley (Yard), with works across Kent and the southeast.

Salary: From £30,000+ depending on experience.

We’re looking for a skilled, all-round landscaper to join our growing team at Greenacre Landscapes. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of something that’s evolving fast and built to last.

With new projects lining up and the business expanding, we’re bringing in someone who can hold their own on-site, take initiative, and help lead from the ground up. You’ll be working across a wide variety of projects — from full garden builds to precision paving and planting — always with a focus on quality, creativity, and craftsmanship.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has solid landscaping experience and can confidently run part of a site

  • Is comfortable working independently or as part of a small team

  • Takes pride in doing things properly — from the groundwork to the fine details

  • Communicates clearly and works well with others

  • Is open to learning, improving, and bringing new ideas to the table

  • Wants to grow with a company and be part of its future

  • Has a clean drivers licence

We’re especially interested in candidates who bring a modern approach to landscaping — whether that’s new methods, sustainable thinking, or just a fresh eye for detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working on bespoke residential landscaping projects across Kent and the southeast

  • Carrying out tasks like paving, fencing, turfing, planting, and garden structures, plus any soft or hard landscaping required.

  • Reading and working from designs and plans

  • Managing your area of a job site and supporting other team members

  • Contributing to a positive, productive site environment
